Delivery policy

Everything CJ AI Studio sells is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.

What you receive

A plan adds credits to your account. A wallet top-up adds Naira to your balance. You use them in the web studio, the AI tools, Voice Cloner and the desktop app, all with the same account.

When it arrives

Credits or balance are added to your account automatically once the payment is confirmed, and we email you when they are.

Card and bank payments: usually within a minute.

A bank transfer to your own account number: usually within minutes.

Crypto: once the network confirms the deposit, when it arrives inside the payment window shown on the checkout page. A deposit that arrives later is checked by hand, and we email you when it is done.

AI tool results

When you start an AI tool or Voice Cloner job, the result appears in your account when the job finishes. Our Privacy policy says how long results are kept, so download anything you want to keep.

Desktop app

The desktop app for Windows is a free download from our website. It uses the same account, credits and balance as the website.

If something has not arrived

If a payment has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact support at support@cjaistudio.com with your payment reference. We will find it and credit it, or refund it under our Refund policy.
