Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CJ MorphAI (the website, the web studio and the desktop app). By creating an account you agree to them.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not share an account with others.

Acceptable use

You may use CJ MorphAI only for lawful creative and entertainment purposes. You must own, or have permission to use, every likeness and image you upload, and you must have the consent of any real person whose likeness you use.

You must not use CJ MorphAI for impersonation, fraud, scams, harassment, defamation, non-consensual intimate content, election or political deception, or to bypass identity verification, liveness checks or other security systems. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, overload or abuse the service or its AI engine.

Uploaded content

You keep the rights to the images you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Reference images are sent to our AI engine provider to produce your live video. You can delete your uploaded characters at any time.

Credits and payments

Studio time is sold as credits, where 1 credit equals 1 second of live transformation. Credits are deducted only while a transformation is running. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by third-party providers. Credits that have been used are not refundable; if a payment fails or is duplicated, contact support and we will review it.

Referral programme

Referral bonuses are earned when people you refer make purchases and are subject to review. Self-referrals, fake accounts and other abuse void any bonus and may lead to suspension.

Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, endanger other people, or put the service at risk. Unused credits on accounts closed for abuse are forfeited.

AI output and availability

AI output can be imperfect and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by our providers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before a claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use CJ MorphAI after a change means you accept the new terms.
